• Allen interned as a Civic Digital Fellow with the IRS this past summer, demonstrating interest in innovation at the intersections of technology and public service. He is pursuing a B.S. in Computer Engineering at Columbia’s engineering school. At Columbia University, Allen is VP for SHPE, an organization seeking to expand access to career opportunities for Hispanic engineering students.
